第二、工作思路明確、重點突出。

工作一年中，本人在分離機分廠數控車間見習，能儘快熟悉機牀的性能和操作。不怕苦，不怕累，為以後轉正和獨立操作打下堅實的基礎。

第三、適應能力強.

積極參加單位各項活動，性格開朗，人際關係良好。本人性格較為外向，能説善動，愛好廣泛，喜與人處。工作一年，已完全融入單位職工中，並愈發熱愛這種工作環境。
