一、課題研究的背景：
長期以來，我們廣大國小英語教師對課程評價在基礎教育課程教材改革過程中的地位和作用缺乏全面、深刻的認識。我們的評價內容和評價形式比較單一，重視測試型評價，忽視非測試型評價；重視總結性評價，忽視形成性評價；重視老師的評價，忽視學生的自我評價和合作評價；重視對語言知識的考查，忽視對學一情感、文化意識及綜合素質的考查。傳統的教學觀念和教學評價手段已經無法適應新的教育形勢，甚至成為了阻礙全面推行素質教育的“攔路虎”。因此，改革傳統的教學評價體系已經刻不容緩。
二、課題研究的目的和意義
1、在新課程標準實施過程中，以教學評價改革為切入點，促進學生聽、説、讀、寫，語言知識與技能全面發展，促進學生的英語應用和交際能力不斷提高，實現英語學科素質教育的目標。
2、通過參與“基礎教育英語教學評價試驗項目”，在試驗過程中不斷探索課堂教學中的評價設計其形式、內容和效果，也在英語教學評價體系的其它領域進行相輔相成的探索研究，共建主體多元、內容多維、方法多樣的教學評價體系。
3、通過參加該子課題的試驗，使我校英語教師的教學觀念和評價理念得到更新，對英語課程標準有更深刻的認識，通過教師自己設計各種各樣的'評價方案，收集——歸納——分析——總結——改進——創新，提高教師的教科研水平，推進教師的專業化發展。
三、課題研究的目標

四、課題研究的內容
本課題研究的主要內容是以《英語課程標準》和《英語教育評價通論》等倡導的先進教育理念作指導，更新傳統教學觀念，在教育教學中探索與實驗，設計出一套能激勵學生學習興趣和自主學習能力發展的課堂教學評價體系，讓學生在英語課程的學習過程中，通過自主、合作、探究等方式，實現自己的個人目標，不斷感受成功的喜悦，從而促進學生綜合語言運用能力和健康人格的發展，促進英語課程的不斷髮展和完善。
五、課題研究的方法、過程和措施。
1、研究的方法

高三下學期，對教師和學生來説都是一次磨礪，雖然辛苦，但收穫頗豐。大學聯考英語單科也取得優異成績，文理科平均分104、6，全市排行第十三，最高分137分。作為一名高三的英語教師，隨着今年考試題型的突然變化，曾有必須的迷茫感，但同時這也是一件好事，促使我們用更多的時間去學習、研究新題型和大學聯考，以便能夠更好地教授學生。回首高三這一年來的教學工作，應當還是比較成功的。對學生的考試技巧指導及訓練是有效的、針對性強的。這主要得益於我們有一個團結、合作的備課組，在此我談談對複習備考的一些想法和做法。
一、羣策羣力，集中智慧
持之以恆地開展好團體備課活動。我們充分利用辦公地點的便利條件。教師提前鑽研教材，吃透重點、難點，並能提出重點、難點突破方法，各位教師進取補充、完善，做到集思廣益。經過團體備課，教師明確近期和遠期目標，目標具體到人，具體到專項檢測、月考試卷、模擬試卷等，保證了高三英語教學的有序進行。我校高三英語備課組成員中有具有多年高三英語教學經驗的老教師王志宏教師，也有教壇新秀潘婉媚教師。新老教師都能不斷學習，不斷完善，組內構成了較為濃厚的研討學習氛圍。
二、教，通篇研究。師“培優”講奉獻，學生“補差”不畏難
因為我們是外語學校，很多學生的英語基礎還是不錯的，我們充分激發他們的潛能，做到越來越好。可是由於各方面的原因，偏科的學生也還是不少。為了補短提優，幾乎每個英語教師都能利用課後時間和學生談心，激發他們學英語的進取性和自信心，同時指導學法，解答疑難;為學生面批試卷，把補偏落到實處，儘可能地避免學生因英語學科偏科而落榜。偏科學生能克服重重困難，堅持不懈，超越自我，英語成績有長足的提高。
三、借他山之石，攻我校之玉
我們深知英語教學尤其是高三英語教學決不能閉門造車，尤其是今年是新課標實施第一年，所以我們進取與兄弟學校溝通信息，多次派教師外出學習交流(如碧桂園學校，清遠盛興學校等)，並且邀請廣外大的教授來我校舉行英語教學講座。這些活動營造了很好的學習氛圍，極大地激發了學生們學習英語的熱情，從而有助於教學成績的提高。
四、緊扣“一箇中心”，做好“三個突破”
“一箇中心”就是最大限度提高學生的英語成績。“三個突破”就是突破完形填空，突破閲讀理解，突破書面表達。這三個大題在大學聯考試卷中分值比重大，也是多數學生的薄弱環節。所以，我們把它們列為高三教學的重點和難點。
五、注重技巧，突破完形填空
針對完形填空題的特點，我們注重培養學生的解題技巧：
1、快讀全文，整體理解全文大意。
在不看選項的情景下，快速閲讀整篇文章，瞭解全文大意。考生要認真、重點理解句子意思，瞭解文章背景，理清文章資料的線索。在快速閲讀過程中，不要急於動筆選擇答案，要一口氣讀到底，遇到不懂的`地方先跳過去，繼續往下讀，以求縱觀上下文，獲得對文章資料的整體理解，從而確定確定選擇的基本思路，切忌看一句選一題。

書面表達中的基礎寫作是近似於翻譯的“寫五句話”，要求學生從表達信息的角度組織文字，並且將信息嵌入英語特定的框架(即句型結構)中。它的完成有賴於堅實的語言基礎知識和正確的語言表達習慣。有的學生不敢動手，有畏難情緒，表達不準確，辭不達意，文章條理不清，不習慣用英語思維。為了改變這種現象，我們在高三複習時注意了這麼幾個方面：
①抓常用詞、詞組和句型的積累。
無論哪種文體的寫作，都離不開基本的、常用的詞、詞組和句型。換句話説，有了基本的詞、詞組和句型，一般的交際資料就能表達了。英語教學大綱規定，學生到高三階段時要求能掌握三千左右的常用詞，掌握住這些常用詞、詞組和句型，基礎寫作就有了基本保證，也到達了大綱的要求。
