一、請你（單位）在送達回執上簽收本通知，申訴書副本及有關的仲裁文書。
二、在收到申訴書副本之日起十日內，向本委提交答辯書。不按時提交或不提交答辯書的，不影響本案的處理。
三、被申請人系用人單位的，需填寫法定代表人（或主要負責人）身份證明書。如需委託代理人，應當提交由委託人簽名或蓋章的授權委託書，授權委託書應載明委託事項和權限，並於收到之日起十日內提交本委。
四、在本案審理期間，你享有的權利有：有權委託代理人、申請回避、提供證據、進行辯論、請求調解。同時應當承擔的義務有：按時到庭、遵守仲裁庭紀律、服從仲裁庭指揮、如實陳述事實、如實提供證據、尊重對方當事人及其他仲裁活動參加人的權利、履行發生法律效力的裁決書或調解書。
五、請你在收到本通知書十日內向本委提交營業執照（被訴人系用人單位）或身份證（被訴人系勞動者）複印件。

本院已受理的原告xxx訴你方離婚糾紛一案，現發送原告的起訴副本一份，並將有關事項通知如下：
This court has accepted the case in which xxx sues you over divorce disputes, and hereby sends you one duplicate of the Civil Complaint together with this notice and informs you of the items about responding to the prosecution as follows: 一、當事人在訴訟過程中，有權行使《中華人民共和國民事訴訟法》第五十條、五十一條、第五十二條等規定的訴訟權利，同時必須遵守訴訟秩序，履行訴訟義務。
I During the proceedings, the litigant is entitled to legally exercise litigious rights regulated in Article 50, 51, 52 etc. of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, and shall comply with the litigation order and perform litigation obligations.
二、你方應當在收到原告訴狀之曰起十五曰內向本院提交答辯狀一式二份。
II You shall submit the Bill of Defense in duplicate to this court within 15 days from the date of receiving the Civil Complaint.
三、法人或者其他組織參加訴訟的，應當提交法人或者其他組織資格證明以及法定代表人身份證明書或者負責人身份證明書。
自然人蔘加訴訟的，應當提交身份證明。
