The fired bean paste noodles is very easy to cook. First of it you should slice the cucumber into pieces cook the soy bean and green bean for about ten minutes then put these material in a bowl. Second stir-frying the paste. Mix the minced meat ginger and green onion and then put them in the pan keep frying the paste until you can smell the aroma. Last put the paste onto the noodles you have prepare and add the cucumber soy bean and green bean to the noodles. The fried bean paste noodles are done. If you have time you can try this I sure you will love it.

What life is about

As we all know, the most important thing in life is our attitude towards it, tons of men have tried different ways of treating life, and some succeeded, some failed, and here are some of the tips they left us.

Life isn’t about keeping score. Life isn’t about your shoes or your hair or the color of your skin. In fact it’s not about if you have lots of friends or if you are alone, and it’s not about how accepted or unaccepted you are. Life just isn’t about that.

But life is about whom you love and who you hurt. It’s about how you feel about yourself. It’s about trust, happiness and compassion. It’s about sticking up for your friends and replacing inner hate with love. Life is about avoiding jealousy, overcoming ignorance and building confidence. It’s about what you say and what you mean. It’s about seeing people for who they are and not what they have. And we should always remember to be ourselves. Other might have things that we desire but being what we really are is the only trail leading to the true colors of life. Most of all, it’s about choosing to use your life to touch someone else’s in a way that could have never been achieved otherwise.

The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers; we buy more but enjoy them less. We’ve learnt how to make a living but not a life, we’ve added years to life, but not life to years. And it is time for us to choose whether to make a difference in our life.

And these choices are what life is about.

生活的真諦

眾所周知，關於生活最重要的我們對待生活的態度，不同的人以不同的方式對待生活，一些人成功了，一些人失敗了。這裏有一些關於生活的帖士給我們大家。

Today my topic is"Be more civilized to welcome the Expo"

As we all know，the next EXPO will be held in Shanghai in 21. We will have thousands of visitors here in our hometown，then how should we show our manners? Of course，all of us prefer to show our good manners，so we should pay attention to our daily customs，China is a traditional country with a long history. The young should show our Chinese culture and good manners to the world .I t is easy to say than to do，most of us didn’t pay enough attention to “seven don’ts” sometimes they throw rubbish everywhere，cross the road when the light is red ough they know these behavirous are not good，they still do it .I hope everyone of us can take part in this social practice should carry ourselves well，respect our teachers and so on，try to show our best manners to the world .

I think，we should follow the next three points in our daily life :

First :Keep our clothes clean and neat，too much make up looks unnatural for us .

Second :We should obey the old saying “See no evil，hear no evil，speak no evil .”

Third :We should be polite to others，especially to the foreigners the Expo comes，there will be a lot of foreigners，we can show friendliness to them，we can show the way to them，say “hello “to them，and I think our smiling faces are also necessary .

幾年前，我住在一個小鎮的一幢建築物中。對面有另一幢建築物，離我住的地方只有幾米遠。那裏住着一個我以前從未見過的女人。每天下午我都能見到她坐在窗户邊，喝茶或者看書。

幾個月後，我發現她的窗户太髒了，通過她家窗户看到的一切都很模糊。我不知道那個女人為什麼不把窗户洗洗。

一個陽光燦爛的上午，我決定徹底清理一下我的公寓，包括清洗窗户。我一直忙到下午很遲才完成，然後，我坐在窗邊小憩。多麼令人驚訝啊！那個坐在窗户邊的女人一下子變得清晰了！她的窗户是乾淨的！突然，我意識到我犯了一個錯誤。原來我一直在通過自家的髒窗户看她！

那對我來説是一個很重要的教訓。從那以後，無論我什麼時候想要判斷一個人，我首先問問自己，“我看他時，我心靈之窗是否骯髒？”然後，我努力洗淨我內心世界的窗户，只有這樣我才能看清外面的世界。

各位家長，大家下午好！

我是本學期擔任四（1）班英語教學的韋老師，很多家長也許是第一次見到我，大家彼此間可能比較陌生。首先，我想和各位家長談談兩個禮拜下來，我對這個班級，學生英語情況的印象。這個班級的學生對英語學習的興趣還是比較濃厚的，這兩個禮拜，從課堂中的反應可以看出。每次我用多媒體課件上課，學生學習新知識的.熱情是高漲的。這説明，四（1）班的孩子在英語學習上擁有一定的優勢。但是，本班學生整體動作很慢，不容各位家長忽視，兩週多的學習下來，只有×××、×××等5位同學，基本上課堂上能很順暢地完成我佈置的練習。其他同學都是定定心心，一筆一劃地書寫，在第一個禮拜，黑板上的詞組抄寫，我就發現，有很多同學在抄寫詞組的時候，喜歡看一個字母寫一個字母，這樣以來，10個英文詞組都要抄寫5分鐘左右。在某種程度上，動作慢，就是體現了某個知識點的不熟練性。

兩週多下來，我們已經教了兩個單元，第一單元在默寫本默寫過一次，在英語紙上默寫了1次，總體成績一般。我帶了3——6年級兩個大循環，比較熟悉這套英語教材，知道學生在各個年級段，該掌握到怎樣一個程度。四年級的英語學習，在整個國小階段處於一個絕對的主導作用，因為三到四年級的轉換中，對學生英語學習的要求發生了質的變化，也許，你的孩子在三年級的時候，英語也沒怎麼多花功夫，也沒去參加什麼業餘輔導或者培訓，英語成績基本在90以上，甚至是95分左右。那麼，隨着時間的推移，你會發現，你的孩子依然像三年級那樣，回家後讀讀書、聽聽磁帶，偶爾看看做過的英語試卷，那麼英語成績並不會像三年級那麼相對優異了。四年級，英語的背誦和默寫是相當重要的，培養孩子一個背誦和默寫的習慣，就是在培養孩子對英語知識反饋的重要途徑。所以，這歸根結底，又會涉及到孩子的作業速度。速度快了，時間就擠出來了，就有時間多背背多默默，那麼，他所學知識的較之前所擁有的，也就紮實了，這樣，質量也就出來了。其實，這是最理想化的良性循環的學習方式。家長真的只是監督而不是陪做，這適用於每門科目，不僅僅是英語的學習。下面，説説在我的英語教學中，一些常規性的工作。 1、在英語作業本方面，基本是1號、2號、自備本。一般

情況下，英語作業會記在當天所要做的那本本子上，自備本一般是回家默寫本。

2、每個孩子準備一本《英語筆記本》，記錄下每一個單元

相關的重要知識，有些是語法點，有些是注意點，有些是常錯誤點。總之，英語筆記本的作用是相當大的，因為是剛開學，英語筆記本上，記得也不多。接下來的時間，我會充分利用好這本英語筆記本，也請家長留下這樣一個概念：英語筆記本上的內容是精華部分，是重要知識點，是您的孩子在考卷、練習中出錯的習題。每天回去讀、背筆記本上的內容也是孩子每天的必修課。讀多少可以控制，但是要形成讀、背的習慣。

3、4A英語書上、每個單元的A、E部分逐個到老師這裏

過關，我會在過關的部分做好記號，一目瞭然，家長可以隨時看您的孩子，哪一課過關了，哪一課還不是很熟練，需要再加強讀背的。

4、英語預習方面，聽讀課文磁帶非常重要，預習時，整個

單元的錄音，至少聽上三遍。A部分是短文；B部分是單詞；C、D部分是本單元句型練習。E部分是小對話。R部分是語音。G部分是內容延伸。在預習英語時，A部分在預習時，可以翻譯成中文，B部分熟讀，C、D部分，按照提示的句型結構，試着先寫寫。預習工作，做得越紮實，也就越能保障在課堂中學習的效率。

總之，提高本班同學的作業速度，是我們三位主課老師以及在座各位家長的當務之急，應該説是刻不容緩。讓你的孩子養成自覺學習的好習慣，成為學習的主人，老師作為學習的引領者，家長作為督促者，真正讓孩子相對地學的輕鬆，但是學得紮實、有效！

The cheongsam is a female dress with distinctive Chinese features and enjoys a growing popularity in the international world of high fashion.

The name "cheongsam," meaning simply "long dress," entered the English vocabulary from the dialect of China's Guangdong Province (Cantonese). In other parts of the country including Beijing, however, it is known as "qipao", which has a history behind it.

When the early Manchu rulers came to China proper, they organized certain people, mainly Manchus, into "banners" (qi) and called them "banner people" (qiren), which then became loosely the name of all Manchus. The Manchu women wore normally a one-piece dress which, likewise, came to be called "qipao" or "banner dress." Although the 1911 Revolution toppled the rule of the Qing (Manchu) Dynasty, the female dress survived the political change and, with later improvements, has become the traditional dress for Chinese women.

Easy to slip on and comfortable to wear, the cheongsam fits well the female Chinese figure. Its neck is high, collar closed, and its sleeves may be either short, medium or full length, depending on season and taste. The dress is buttoned on the right side, with a loose chest, a fitting waist, and slits up from the sides, all of which combine to set off the beauty of the female shape.

The cheongsam is not too complicated to make. Nor does it call for too much material, for there are no accessories like belts, scarves, sashes or frills to go with it.

Another beauty of the cheongsam is that, made of different materials and to varying lengths, they can be worn either on casual or formal occasions. In either case, it creates an impression of simple and quiet charm, elegance and neatness. No wonder it is so much liked by women not only of China but of foreign countries as well.
