非常榮幸能在某某招聘網這一平台得知貴園的招聘信息，我對幼教這個職業具有一定的專業基礎，而且我在思想上對幼兒教育學也有一定的理解和自己的一些新的想法。所以我相信，我有能力做好這一職業，特擬此求職信自薦，我希望園領導能夠給我一次證明自我的機會，以下是我的自我介紹。

我是一名即將畢業的大學生，我將於2010年7月畢業幼教專業，根據我的自身情況，我認為我對從事幼教也具有一定的優勢。首先，就社會現狀而言，當今的幼兒教師普遍都是女性，這就間接的影響到一些男孩的身心健康發展，從而缺少男性所特有的陽剛之氣而趨向於母性化。所以，大力發展男性幼師推廣父性教育是一項非常重要的工作。另外，我對幼教行業具有很大的興趣。在校期間，我所學習的教育學與心理學的成績都非常突出，並且我具有普通話二級甲等證書。我認為這些也是對幼教這一行業的基礎。在思想上，我對現代幼兒教育方法也有一些自己的想法。當今社會中大都是傳統意義上的幼兒園，其實質就屬於寄託班，缺乏真正意義上的特色教育方式。雖然根據現有的國情和居民生活水平的差異使得我們必須面臨這樣的現實，但是渴望孩子受到特色教育的家長還是佔很大的比例，所以特色幼兒教育是一項非常有發展前景的行業。我所説的特色教育不是單純的雙語教育和現在所流行的蒙式教育。我設想的教育方式是以發展兒童天性為基礎，根據幼兒興趣所選修的特定教育方法。如果園領導需要，我會詳細的説明我的想法。

當然，對於我從事幼教這個行業會有很多的困難，我自身也有很多的不足，我對特色教育的理解僅僅是我自己的一些粗淺的認識，而且我缺乏工作經驗，專業不對位。這些我都能夠清楚的看待，我相信我具有堅定的意志，對於自身的不足，我會通過不懈的努力和在工作中的鍛鍊、學習來彌補，從而提高自身能力不斷完善自我。對於傳統教育的改革，雖然我不會起到關鍵性的作用，但我也希望能貢獻出自己的一份力量，因為我懷揣着對幼教事業的理想。

最後，我真誠的希望園領導能夠給我一次實現理想的機會，我相信我最後能否勝任這一職業靠的是實力而不是運氣。同樣，我也會為園裏做出我最大的貢獻。
