範例一：

範例二：

Dear Sir/Madam

如果你想説約定時間,你可以這樣表述:

Let's fix a date, IS this friday ok?Best RegardsShelly(填寫你的英文名)

PS:其實這樣的回信,不需要過於正式的範文吧,只需要表達清楚自己的意思就好。
